Default Dallas Cars and Coffee May 7

Well the V crowd was pretty low, but there were a few of us Raptors that showed up. My V should be up and running my June's Cars and Coffee so I hope you Dallas guys show up.

I am on leave for June, so i will be there. Clutch will be getting "rebuilt" the Tuesday before, and hopefully I will have it back Thursday (Friday at the latest).

It was my first CandC and I was hopping to see more first gen V's, just bought one and was looking for ideas on some mods, was kinda bummed when I did not see many, but have to say the overall event rocked for a first timer! I was impressed by the turnout, will have to do June to check out your V! Did walk by you raptor a few times, sweet ride!

We usually have 10 or so Vs. It was so packed that no one could park next to eachother.

Next months meet will be better organized. If you dont get there by 7:30 am you will not get to park together.

Huge Yankee's fan here - never miss a series.

Cinco de Mayo'd at Breadwinners rooftop, next day hit six flags/speedzone/Thor IMAX - back to OK for my brothers college grad - then back that night for the yanks game and next days game as well.

Was wondering if it was a board member - lots of V's running around that area - saw 2 coupes, 2 new sedans, an STS-V and whomever this guy was...

One thing that I did note though was a shitload of Lexus IS - every three cars was a Lexus IS... stupid how common they are... that car should be dirt cheap in Dallas in 3 years...

There are a crap ton of Vs in Dallas.

In Dallas everything is about image. The amount of 3 series, IS', and Mercedes are mind blowing. You can make a great drinking game out of picking a luxury car and drinking every time you see it while sitting on a patio bar on McKinney. Dont ever pick Range Rover, those effers are everywhere!

Awkwardly enough... that is EXACTLY what we were doing...

Immunity went to the person who spotted the progressively shittiest car... Think a paint spotted, four-door, geo metro'esque car was the last standing immunity **** car.

We also spotted a fantastically maintained/restored El Camino - that sadly enough I wouldn't have been ashamed to own... and I HATE those things.

I am planning to bring my new-to-me 08 STS-V to C&C Dallas on Sat.

A few of us are also talking about getting together for lunch after on the way down to Ennis; conversation under #Motorama on Twitter.

Anything going on before/otw to C&C?
