Damn I wish I lived in tx still.. I could easily do it for 1500.00 or less including parts.. Hell on an 05 or older I could do it for less than 1800 and that would be tuned and ready to go..

I know right? I charged people $350 labor to do an install on a freaking f-body and Vette. I was losing people too as some of the kids around here would do it for $250 because they needed mod money so bad.

2-2500 with tuning included is a reasonable deal. You can plan on atleast 500 for tuning, and parts will run you close to 1k. I installed mine in the garage with the help of a buddy and it took us about 8hrs from start to finish. The nice thing about having a shop do it, is they are responsible for anything that is done wrong during the install.

I'd like to see you boys attempt a cam swap on a 2nd gen. You think a 1st gen is tough,...lol @ the 200-300$ dude.

All for the do it yourselfers....but, for you that haven't done this type of work, I don't recommend you get your fingers wet on learning how to install a cam on your own. Have a buddy thats done it, come over and walk you through it. Not against following internet instructions but,...the internet can't replicate everything.

Party at your own risks. If anyone needs help,....pm me whenever,...and i'll do my best to assist.
