Default Question about tire size on the V1..

I found a good set of tires that I want to maybe try to fit on the V. They are 285 35 19 Rear and 255 40 19 in the front. My rims are 19x9. Do you think the rears will fit?

I'm running 275/35/19's on my 9.5" wheels and they fit perfectly... So 10mm wider tire on a .5" narrower wheel may be pushing it a little. That's about 7/8" difference. I'd hate to see you blow one off on a pothole and eff up some nice expensive wheels.

I have 275s on a 10 inch wheel. And lwoered things are TIGHT. Im going to be trying a set of 285s once these where out as its such a wide rim. On a 9 inch I would just go with a 275. IMO

Don't forget different wheels and different backspacing when comparing others results.

I know before my trailing arms I was basically touching the stockers. And then the fender isnt going to allow for bigger than a 285...

So you can see that with trailing arms to clear the inside, the outside is still pretty close concidering the back spacing was done so close to the stock trailing arms.

Mind you this is a 10" rim.

Thanks guys! I have 9.5 inch rims and the car is lowered, I guess the only way to find out is to test fit. The guy seems cool with me just trying them on first, I will let you know what happens.

Any good shoe salesman will let you try them on first.
