Default SWPS replacement

Finished replacing my swps earlier. Overall took 1.5 hrs start to finish. On another note, I have lost all respect for GM techs.

There were only 2 missing knee bolster screws, only 3 of 4 nuts holding the steering wheel mount because the fourth stud is missing. Dust boot was torn on both the interior and exterior. Two of three harnesses were hanging from their slide mounts. This caused me to call my friend up at the local dealership to run the service record for my car.

Dealership in AZ replaced swps and front left hub at 14k miles. Lazy m'fers drive me crazy! There is just no excuse for it. If anyone reading this takes shortcuts and lazy man routes as well, f u too! It's your attitude, demeanor and **** poor work ethic as to why American corporations would rather outsource their work. Over paid and laziness... End rant!

Now I have to go to fastenal tomorrow to get a bolt for the fourth mount. I taped up the torn boots and slid harnesses onto their slide mounts to secure properly. Overpaid techs can kiss my @ss!

How much was the sensor? That doesn't sound too bad to replace.

agreed... the techs replacing my nav for pealing buttons severely mangled the wiring harness which connects to the AC controls.. the grey clip is in 2 pieces. they also never reprogrammed the radio for the V and lost the screw under the ash tray..
