Default Clutch chatter when coasting

It happens when I:

~Depress the clutch
~Shifter is in gear
~While moving

Also the clutch is very noisy when I'm first driving before the car is warm.

I'm planning on an LS7 replacement in the next month or so, but I'm curious as to what the actual problem is.

I had the exact same issues with my clutch, and it turned out to be a bad pressure plate. got that replaced and all has been well since. Mine was a Monster Level 2, so don't know how much that will make a difference.

Mine is the stock unit with 97k. It probably is just a worn out pressure plate. Thanks guys. I can't wait to get this POS replaced. Last night I had a dream that I floored it and it just revved and didn't go anywhere. Premonition?
