I finally gave in and got the LS6 emblem from Emblem Pros. Its laser cut stainless steel.
What do you all think?

Looks good rand49er. Did you install the clear 3M vinyl on the bumper? Good idea.

Thanks! I had the clear bra installed within a few weeks of picking the car up at the dealer in Jan '05. They did the hood, headlights, fascia/bumper, rearview mirrors, all four wheel arches, and what you see the rear bumper.

Wow! Thats awesome. I bought a role of the 3M clear wrap off of Ebay dirt cheap. One day I'll get enough time to install it.

Back then, 3M offered (free) a VHS tape on how to install their kits. I viewed the tape and promptly had someone else do it. I just KNOW I would've screwed it up. Good luck!
