Just curious of what everyone's 60' time is. I pulled a whopping best of 2.255, and at through the big end at 13.498 @ 107.34. That was on 275/40 nitto 555's and a bone stock car.

I had a 2.22 60' babying the hell out of the clutch. I already blew one rear, and didn't want another one to go.
I went 12.72 @ 114.98 with heads/cam (Patriot stage II's, and 232/240 .618 .624 114)
Now my intake restrictions are taken care of with a FAST 102, and I swapped to an RPS twin disk I want to go out again and see if I can get 118mph.

You guys are a quite a bit more brave then I am. I have yet to take my newly acquired 2005 CTS-V to the dragstrip and probably won't. I dont want to deal with hassle of rear end issues and what not. It is my car to cruise around in.

With my 2005, the best I saw was a 2.15 on the Nitto NT-01 tires (275/40-18). I wish I had got back to the track with the G Force axles installed before I traded on my 09. It did feel much better off the line but I never did get an official result.

The V2 is cast iron, holds heat, rusts easily and now creates a new challenge for those road racing their Vs with overheating. So, nice cool rear end that can't take hard launches on the V1 or one that can be launched but gets a little too hot under continuous load on the V2. GM really should have a diff cooler standard on the V2 which would get you the best of both worlds.

2.063.....On 3 hour old Capital PawPaw tires. Had to smoke the clutch so badly to get it there that it wouldn't come off the floor at the end of the strip.....Let her cool for about 45 and made a few more passes, none of which were better than a 2.35. The 2.063 was with all TC on.

A 2.18 netted me the run in my sig (13.15 @ 111.25)...with Goodyear RS-A tires. I really think I can get it into the 2.0x range on these [junk] tires...without busting the rear. I'm really nervous about that, which is why I can't seem to launch hard enough to get into that range or lower. The guys getting 1.9x are just brave...and awesome drivers.
