Default Mixing shocks

Found a set of front FG2's on craigslist and getting ready to put on a set of H&R's. Would it be detrimental to replace the front shocks to the FG2 and leave the rears as FE4's. I have a feeling that it would not be a good idea because of the valving and such.

I would avoid mixing myself but thats just me. I'm not sure if there would be any negative effect from running mixed shocks or not but I would think having all matching shocks would be ideal. If anything, just pick up those FG2's and wait until u find a matching pair for the rear.

I wouldn't recommend it, but it really should only hurt or cause problems when really wringing it out. If it's a temporary thing, it would be fine for a DD, I'd think...
