Funny, I had to argue with an Indian for 30 mins. to get my free 30 day trial.
Me: I would like to try your service for 30 days.
Them: (almost in English) We don't do that
Me: May I please speak to an American.
Them: ...hold please....I am an American
Me: Where are you?
Them: ....hold please....I'm in America
Me: Let me break it down for you...if I wanted to mail your *** a letter, what would I have to put on the outside of the envelope?
Them: Hold please
Them: Hello, this is Shannon, how can I help you?
Me: I would like to take part in your free 30 day trial period.
Them: Ok sir, not a problem. What is your ID number?

Weird thing my girls car started getting xm radio for free, however not all the channels she had before are available as when she had a 3month subscription but the ones we used to listen to are. haha. Was pissed at them because I had just activated a 3 month subscription on my v a week before I wrecked it. Called them to deactivate or hold so I dont lose my money...I would keep getting transferred from person to person till the call was dropped. Doing this 3 times to hold for a half an hour and then get dropped had me heated. Said *** it and kissed the 50 bucks goodbye.

haha.. oohh limited channels... DUMB.. i did not know that i was receiveing limited channels and already decided that XM wasn't worth the money.. i couldn't find a station that i liked 85% of the time. i was constantly searching around for something good haha
why give a customer only a limited taste?. they should of given us the works and make us decide that they cannot live with out XM haha
