Default Baseline LS2 Dyno Results

Only a week away from my Kooks 1 3/4" headers and Tony Mamo-ported FAST 102 install...thought I'd take the ol' girl out for a baseline run. Nothing too impressive, but here are the results no less.

My only mod is a K&N CAI.

Nice to get a baseline....you're exactly in line with what to expect from a stock V.

I loved my LS2 torque curve. It stayed that shape after I installed heads, cam and exhaust, only shifted upwards. Lol

Me too...although I'm not expecting huge numbers with only headers and a CAI in addition to the FAST 102. That mod wakes up with heads/cam, but I don't plan on adding those. I'd rather spend that $ on a V2.

@CTSV_510: That's what I thought. I tried to find some dyno numbers from a stock V or with a CAI only. Didn't really have much luck except for someone that posted a dyno of 342RWHP with a CAI. What I'd like to find are some numbers from headers. Found a few with slightly different results.

Id sell that ported FAST 102, total waste of 1200+ dollars without at least a cam. You will probably see about 10hp and feel none of it. Just my .02. Headers and fast you'll probably make 370.

There's probably a cam in my future. The mod bug is a powerful sickness.

Whoring mine out a little bit.

But here is my LS2 with CAI/Headers/Catback and then added a mild street cam

Wish I had the cash to have done a FAST with it.

Thanks for sharing. So what are your cam specs? And I assume you're still running stock heads?

Stock heads. just cam springs and pushrods. Speced by Pat G and done by EPS.

226/230 598/608(ot 609) and 113+2.

Just a little lope and shake. Still VERY VERY DDable.

Video at pickup. Actually I think it got more noticable of a lope after a 1000 miles or so of driving. Cars a dream now. All the stock power down low and PLENTY of power up top where before she kind of fell off.

Nice. I like the prospect of grabbing 400 RWHP out of this car.

fast with CAI/H/E and a decent sized cam i think would put you 420rwhp. with FAST+heads I would be hoping for 450-460 wheel I think.

Looks right on target. My ls6 was doing 325-330 stock on each pull.
