Default 100k+ mile V maintenance

What is recommended to keep an eye on as far as maintenance goes? I assume it will be a good idea to do these things at a more frequent interval as well, just wondering what areas you guys would pay attention to more than others. Its an 05.

Spark plugs and wires, crank balancer, rear diff fluid, seals, and if you like to beat on it often, valve springs.

I would recommend Amsoil Severe Gear 75w90 with the limited slip additive.

Apart from all other fluids, I'd thoroughly inspect the steering components for slack, and also replace the sway bar bushings.

The clutch fluid is also a good thing to keep an eye on. It can get low unnoticeably. And while you're at it go ahead and change the clutch if you haven't by that mileage.

I used Redline 75W-90 gear oil. I have been using Redline oil products for about 10 years now and IMO they are top notch.

I used the pennzoil stuff as I hear that is who makes it for GM along with the limited slip stuff. Stock stuff looked decent at 93k miles.

In the spring I'll be at 100k miles and I plan on spark plugs and maybe wires but that's it. Previous owner had the harmonic balancer replaced at 88k miles just before I purchased it.

Shocks and struts are a consideration though to be honest.

So far I've done the diff fluid, plugs and wires, all mounts, I have a set of coilovers coming & I plan to do new sway bar links then.

Planning on doing trans fluid with Amsoil torque drive in my wife's v since it is over 100k and we have no clue if it has ever been replaced.

Since I picked mine up, I've done basically all mounts known to man, the diff bushing with block, BMR anti wheel hop kit, diff fluid with 75w140, trans fluid with amsoil torquedrive, did seafoam on engine, and plugs and wires.
