You could plasti dip the chrome and get the CF inlays...no chrome left and it might look good on your silver car. I have my new emblems plasti dippped black with the new color still showing...my car is blacked out and it looks pretty good.

OK, I made a typo, I apologize. My bad, can we get the **** over it? This wouldn't have turned out so bad if you weren't rude about it from the beginning. So I'm sorry for being a dick. Forgive me

In all honesty i was not being rude. I read your post as it was written and thought you liked chrome and that you thought the overlay covered the whole emblem. I apologize for assuming you were a futurama fan by me saying good news. My post was not intended to be a dick, but then you responded in kind, and so did I.

I don't not agree with Nik's double negative statements, be sure what you're saying, but not the douchebaggery method!

OK, once again I apologize. I agree I was being a douche about it. I honestly thought you were trying to be a smart *** and I'm sorry I took it that way. No excuse, but I was having a bad day. I shouldn't have brought it to the forums.

I didn't know custom inlays were an option. Do you know who I could talk to that does them?

I got these for my last emblems but recently put new ones on, they stayed on pretty well unlike the crest ones offered.

I got these too. They look great on. Just be careful when washing your car.
They will last if you do that.

Couldn't you not just not but new emblems then not spray them with clear coat before not applying them not?

(I'm not not new here so I hope my sarcasm doesn't not come off as not playful)

When i took mine apart, I noticed the color is on the inside of the emblem. So i don't know if clearing them would help.
