Default nice upgrade

I now have revshift engine, trans, diff, and cradle bushings. Also added BMR diff brace. This upgrade rocks. The car shifts better, drives better, 90% of the wheel hop is gone or more predictable.
Also got it tuned properly.

i thought the diff brace was a no-no at this point in time after a bunch of guys broke the diff case because of it?

you can't be an idiot...if it wheel hops, get out of it. And still a no drag race option IMO. I'm experimenting pretty much. The bushings were all going to be bought regardless even if I do the CS 8.8 kit. Brace is cheap...figured I'd give it a whirl. It doesn't transmit gear noise like everyone else complained about. At least I haven't heard it over the exhaust at this point. If the diff gets worn and start whining it will though...pretty much a given. There is still compliance with the brace, it doesn't like lock out rotation. It just really resists it.

I've had one on my car since I bought it (it came with it installed). I haven't had any issues with it. Car is at 40k miles now.

i haven't done anything to brace the rear end. i've just been researching on what's actually the acceptable norm right now.

the only thing i really don't care to buy are axles, even though those seem to be the consensus of killing the wheel hop. i'd rather just upgrade to the 8.8 with the bigger axles and single piece drive shaft rather than spend the $1000+ on axles alone to maybe be safe.

the offset axles are good to reduce hop. the other suspension parts let the hop happen however. cradle bushings are a MUST. The other rubber bushings in the toe rod and control arm would probably help as well..

Same here. No problems. I just don't spin the tires. These tires I have are too expensive to burn anyway.
