Default Rear Diff replacement and what else?

Long story short. I blew up the read diff on my 07 V. Bought a slightly used 4th gen rear diff and should be here friday. I was just curious what else should i replaced while i'm under there. Any busings or things like that?

How'd you manage that already?? I drive my 2005 with stock diff pretty hard and it just keeps on running as smooth as can be.

Since you're going to be in it pretty deep anyway, I'd do the diff bushings (Revshift makes all three now) and cradle bushings at a minimum. I'd do trailing arm bushings and control arm bushings too, but that's just me.

Is this the first documented case of a 3rd/4th gen diff to be busted on stock powered v1? I think you made history which requires at a minimum pictures of the diff.

Do the forward diff bushing at minimum. If you do the cradle bushings, the Creative Steel ones are really nice (metal reinforced lip) and their rental tool is a pretty neat contraption that truly makes it a 4hr job or less. You could do all of this in a day no prob.

It's a stupid story really. I was on a chip and sealed back road and tried to kill a snake. Ran over it, dtopped, revved to back 3k and slipped the clutch. She spun hopped and went boom. But thanks guys.
