Cool Drag setup question

So I have a 05' GTO running the CTS-V brakes front and rear on the car. I was wondering what you guys are running on the V's. I'd like a ball park so I can try to find a happy medium on the GTO.

Thanks !

Sorry guys,

Right now I have Pedders "0" drop springs in the rear with air bags right now. I'm looking to put a set of drag shocks in the back as well. Right now I have 255-40-18's in the rear and 245-40-18's in the front. The issue is I know I will have to run a crafty setup for for at least the rear to clear the brakes and still fit a decent tire out back. I have seen CTS-V's with a big and little combination. So I was just curious what you did for wheels more than anything.

I havent seen anything 6-lug other than 18s or bigger unfortunately. That basically leaves 3 tire choices that'll fit without major modifications. MT 265/40/18, M&H 275/45s, or the Nitto NT05R 285/40/18

Ive had pretty good results with the MT as relatively small as it, but I am going to try the M&H next, mainly for more sidewall

There was a guy who put on regular cts brakes and put 17's on I believe. But like others have said we have 6 lug hubs, and large brakes so.....not much for options.

MY advice to you is to check what the 5th gen camaro guys are running wheel wise. They are the exact same brakes we use, cept they are 5lug vs 6lug we use. Racestar 17" wheels fit over them, weld rts fit over them, bogarts aswell. People have used c5z06 wheels with a spacer, and c6z06 wheels aswell.
