Bubbled Caliper Seal

Bubbled Caliper Seal Need Feedback. I rebuilt my calipers, took a drive around the block and found the drivers/rear caliper appeared to be sticking. Pulled off the wheel and found the brand new seal all bubbled.
Bad Seal? or Improper Installation? It was fine before driving around the block.
I'm trying to figure out if I installed all the seals improperly or if I just had a bad apple.
