Another V?? 07 rear vs 04-06?

I have my eye on a 07 CTS V black of course like my old one. What's the difference on the rear ends. I stopped reading about these once I sold my old one.

Greetings from San Antonio! '07s are the best without a doubt

The '06s/'07s have the same rear end, and it's pretty strong, but there's still always the chance of breaking it.

06/07 diffs are not a huge improvement. Better but only incrementally so.
