Default revshift motor mounts

So after a lot of feedback and researching I decided to go with rev shift motor mounts....well I ordered 2 weeks ago and still have yet to see them. I have called and emailed and received nothing back from them? has anyone else had this problem...?

Try a pm here? Include your order number. They usually responded to me faster that way.

Let us know what you find out. I ordered some stuff recently and I'd like to establish an eta without needlessly bugging them.

Revshift makes great products but I also believe in customer service. Every time I've called their competitor I've had answers to my questions then and there with a Very friendly conversation. This to me is why I always go back to them. They may or may not be the best but in my opinion customer service trumps that on most things because later down the road I may need support. Do I want to fight for support or get the support right away like their customer service?

I hope it all works out for you friend.

I agree 100% customer service is usually what sells me on stuff. I have been more patient then most people. I emailed them last week asking about it and still have got nothing back. I simple "hey we have been really busy lately, haven't had time to ship out your motor mounts yet and we will get to it asap" is better than no answer at all.

I get the feeling that cancelling the order would get the same response. It would require some action on their part in order to initiate a refund.

It's says my order is to far processed to be cancelled. It's getting very annoying! I saw they logged on here recently but they haven't responded to my message.

Obviously not enough research or you would have expected long wait times and lack of communication.

Watch how fast your order is officially cancelled when you contact your credit card company and have the charge reversed. Easy.

I did do a lot if research and everybody that I have talked to said that they were always good and fast at shipping and pretty good costumer service. So please don't tell me I didn't do enough research...

And prob read this thread and doing nothing about it. I'm so glad I got all my poly stuff from "the other place" a few months after I had my mounts installed I got a call from Kirstie asking if I was happy with their product. Now that's customer service.
