Wasn't this same vid posted on the CadillacOwners forum last week with a different title (WATCH A D3 CTS-V MAKE A CLEAN GETAWAY FROM GODZILLA) and DR.Design James claimed the title was not of D3 's ( Dr. Design's) making. Coincidentally the person driving the V race car apparently just happened to be Dr. Design himself.
As well, somebody on that forum asked D3 for info about the mods on that D3 prepped V as well as the costs involved for the car and they never bothered answering.
