Loss of power
So I finally drove my car after being stored battery died last summer I recently did a cam intake exhaust on my 2005 cts v an I drove it down the street after it was idling an I started out in 1st cruised then I stomped on it got loud exhaust wise but had no power at al like it a miss on all the cylinders but if I drive normal an not wot it drives fine had it tuned after cam but idk how good it is

Double check the connectors on your coil packs make sure the main connectors are snug clicked In I'm sure you are only running on 4 cylinders

Could be many things, including and not limited to:
-Broken Valve Spring? (Cam change, maybe you have duals in there now)
-A poorly done ECM Calibration
If you can get a scan to see if any misfires have been detected.
Do the usual.. check plugs, wires coils.
Lift valve covers and visually inspect springs.
