Default Front Bumper Cover

I just purchased a 2004 V and the front bumper cover is damaged. I would like to find someone who has a factory front bumper cover they would like to sell... or maybe a nice aftermarket option out there? I've searched the web and there aren't too many options. Any help is appreciated.

I would rather not spend $600 on a bumper cover unless its aftermarket with splitter, etc. Ideally, I would like to find someone that has a silver cover laying around so I don't even have to paint it.... Wishful thinking but it's worth a shot.

You picked the wrong platform, there isn't much aftermarket out there.

You can try some of the junkyards, parted cars have come up from time to time.

$600, that's a great deal. I think the dealer price was close to $900, unpainted. Fortunately, insurance bought mine.

You'd be surprised what can be pieced back together but if you put any bondo on this thing, chances are it will pop out or crack first time you barely bump something.

Yup. Take it to a service king and have them repair and paint it. Cheapest option.

Or a good body shop that does a lot of insurance work will have salvage connections. Best bet is a telephone or some local pavement pounding, not being lazy on the Internet.

The front bumper on gm parts direct is $480.72 + shipping. Mind you I very much doubt you'll get it pre-painted to match.

Rockauto has unpainted bumped covers available. Used V bumper covers are not exactly common, especially those in good shape. I've been driving around with a lightly damaged bumper cover for about 50k now. It's kinda comforting to not care too much about what happens to it. Scuffs, scrapes, chips...

I'm deployed right now... Trust me I would LOVE to be pavement pounding but that luxury isn't afforded to me right now. I'm far from lazy...

True, that's really not that bad. Might have to go that route, thanks!
