Here is a different set I've not seen before. What are these and how do they look on the car? Pretty sure not my thing but sometimes on a car wheels can look surprisingly better.

I have a hard time believing those are factory/factory authorized. I think that is some aftermarket department of a GM dealer peddling it under a loose agreement and the poor customer thinks it's an actual GM wheel. Would have been covered under GM's warranty group thanks to a strong dealer relationship but not an actual GM part. Pretty common from my experience.
