We have finished all the bushings regarding the shifter mechanism.
Delrin bushings for the end of the support rods(commonly referred to as the "Home Depot" mod).
Also have made a bronze connector that connects the shifter linkage to the transmission. The bronze connector doesn't require you to weld the factory fitting to the shaft, and locates further onto the shaft making it a precision fit.
These two will take up the rest of the slop in the shifter mechanism that an aftermarket shifter will not fix.
You can see all the bushings here:
Blue: Bronze Connector
Red: Delrin Support Rod Bushings
Orange: Polyurethane Support Rod Bushings
Green: Bronze/Stainless Shifter Bushings

Some detailed pics from the new bronze connector (blue)?
With kind of fastener, then the original conical bolt with ring clip did you use and what about the piece of leather or rubber in the front hole?
Regards,
Ronald

It can be "seen" if you take the crossmember off and lower the rear of the transmission. However, getting up there is a screw driver or any tool to try and take the ring off is a pain. I will say it's possible if you're patient enough. The delrin pieces do not need the trans to come down.
Full kit is: assembled differential with your choice of carrier/gears and brackets all bolted together, full upgraded axles, driveline adapter, and misc gear lube/bolts. It is a ready to bolt in kit once you receive it.
