Would there be any benefit for getting new spark plugs and wires for the mods that i have now? what about the msd coils?

sure, why not, it wont hert really and they advertise to increase idle, combustion effeciency. Either stock or lightly mod'd, it'll really be the same.

Now the coils, to me, they are a "gotta have it" mod... you really dont need them unless you gotta have them so i would hold out on those, your stock coils are just fine for whatever you may throw at them...
