03 cts p0128 i just bought a 03 CTS and its throwing this code. which is coolant isnt getting warm enough. so its either the thermostat stuck open or the sensor that monitors the temp. i got a quote to change the thermostat from a buddy that works at a chevy dealer and its going to cost about 700 bucks parts and labor for him to do on the side. so my question is whats the likelyhood its the sensor and not the thermostat?
