BMR pinion brace, Creative steel diff bushing installed.

BMR pinion brace, Creative steel diff bushing installed. Very happy with how the car drives right now.
Smooth as butter between shifts, no clunk, no thump... Nothing at all.
No extra noises with the pinion brace either.
I had the UUC diff bushing, but after I blew the Diff last month I decided the bushing was to solid. I think the diff needs some slight moment when lots of torque is transferred.
-First the diff bushing , I got the creative steel bushing with gray Polly.
After some examination I decided it was still on the solid side so I took a 3/8 drill and made 6 3/8 holes around it .This will allow for just little more play but not as much as the soft stock bushing.
And wow was this thing a Mother****er to install. I think creative needs to shave a little more off the O.D.
-The the BMR pinion brace. The bushing on this is also sold as a rack, So i took a drill bit and made about 6-7 holes around it just like I did with the bushing. And also I didn’t use the washer they give for the main 22mm bolt. It was to big and just presses the bolt right up the brace. Which can cause noise transfer. I found one that had a smaller O.D.
BMR had the right idea when they made the brace, But the polly they use is way to stiff. You still want the ability for slight movement or all that Torque will go right to the aluminum case.
Also If I do brake another diff, the BMR brace should hold the driveshaft from breaking when it whips around like my last one did.
(Sorry I don’t have any pics bros, my garage just looks like a bomb went off after doing the diff swap and I was on a mission to get the car done today)

How's everything holding up a year later?
I can't wait to get my bushings and mounts done and more than likely am going the CS route. I'm curious how the bushing comes out, in that they rent a special tool, but is it really a special tool, or can I do it the normal route (with press fit bushing)? I'm thinking it's gonna be a PITA doing it under the car though and wondering if this special tool helps in our situation and thus worth the $$?
