It was a shitty, hot humid day with no airflow. I drove the car there and got it on with no cool-down so I was a little dissapointed with these #'s.

How much boost? What numbers were you expecting? Did you ever dyno all motor?

Good amount of TQ you've got there. I would imagine all motor with your bolt ons you would be in the high 400's though. With the maggie I would imagine mid 500's would be easily attainable.

no doubt the car flies so numbers dont really matter, but they are very low considering the mods.

A 396 stroker with AFR heads should dyno 500rwhp NA, albeit with less torque. If the car feels good, I would not worry about the dyno numbers. The dyno is a tool for tuning, nothing more.

I just thought it would be more. The thing does pull hard and has instant torque. I am happy with the performance, not the #s.

One thing to take into consideration is the heat. Coming from an 03 Cobra, I can tell you my car would lose as much as 30-40 hp when heatsoaked on a hot day. My Cobra felt like a totally different car below 60 degrees or so. Dynoing right off the street definately caused your numbers to be low. Your blower and intercooler were heatsoaked. Positive displacement blowers are notorious for it as the blower and IC sit right on top of the motor.

he should easily be in the high 500s low 600s IMo so i doubt that heat soak dropped power by 80-100hp.

Oh trust me, I agree bud. I was just stating 1 reason his numbers were low. I have seen f-bodies with just an MS4 cam, stock 6.0 heads and a 112 maggie hit 570+rwhp on a stock displacement shortblock. Some C5Z's have hit over 600 with the 112 maggie. Hell Cobras with 4.6L of displacement are hitting 530+rwhp with just a port to the blower which is not necessary on the Maggie kits.
