Default Bad Night at the track!

Best run of the night was with traction control on...

shut traction control off and got this!

3 gears of tire spin! I love the KDW for the street but the are not worth a thing at the track.

So far the G Force axles haven't cured to much hop for our car i hope the new suspension and maybe cradle bushings will help stuff out down there!

If you can get rid of the wheel hop, look into some of the less aggressive drag radials like nitto.

I was gonna grab some stock sized nittos but i htink theyll be just as bad as my gsd3s with long tubes, mid sized cam, and 100 shot lol so i dont wanna waste the money.

At least you were able to drive home from the track so thats a good thing lol. And it sounds good.

I was expecting to see carnage. Glad you were able to drive home.

Aside from the Madman rear end I don't think there is a fix for track wheel hop yet. Axles make the hop better on the street, but not so much on the track.

A guy here locally has the expensive hendrix axles and the kars kit and has zero wheel hop at the track. It spins from here to next week..lol.

O boy not another G-force vs hendrix thread.

sounds to me like hop just depends on your tires and the condition of your local track.

Cradle bushings and even the BMR or kars bar might help. All that little stuff combined with axles makes a huge differance.

I was thinking the same things some stickier tires are needed!

The track prep wasnt the best and there is nothing wrong with the clutch it was just tire spin and wheel hop. The last run i made with competitive driving mode on it spun and hopped 1st 2nd 3rd and 4th gear....

What was the outside temp ?

Maybe try another track.

I hear lenanon is good and shouldnt be to bad of a ride for you. Not sure what else is in your area.

There no reason you should have that much wheel spin with your mods and good tires.
