Default oil Pressure on DIC

Well I have read a post about the oil pressure gauge being pegged at 129psi. Mine is just that but there is a very rare occasion that I will see it at 130. I know it sounds like a grounding issue since others have had the same problem but is this something I can fix myself? I thought I read that there is a TSB on it but I thought you had to pay for labor on a TSB because it is not a recal. This true?

Oil pressure sending unit is just behind the intake manifold. Shouldn't be too hard to find/replace.
I know the oil temp is a ground issue, not sure if this also a ground issue.

I can only wish I had a maggie on my V. I would gladly have it take longer for the sensor change if I had that on there. Unfortunately I am 100% stock.

Do I have to go to the GM stealership to get the sensor or does VatoZone or PepBoys, etc. have it.

Driver side right behind the intake screwed into the block. Should have a small 3 pin connector on it.

Here is the sucker.

It is very easy to get at (with a maggie) if you take of the windshield wiper facia.
