Default 245/40/18... anyone?

anybody running this size, i know its pretty small, but the tires im looking at dont come in stock size nor the 255/40/18 im running now.... i am slammed so it wont look too bad (i think)... give me your thoughts...

tires im looking at are the nt05, r1r, and r-s3...

thanks pics also wanted!

go nt-05 i hear they are awesome. no clue on tire size though im running stock size gsd3s

Yea nt05 comes 245/40 and 265/35... every other too wide...

I dig those R888s Jon. Do you drive them back and forth to the track or switch them out when you get there? What brakes do you run with them? They will be my next track tire.

I switch them at home and drive to the track. I run Hawk HP+ full time. I love them, it's a great track tire. I think they may even be better than my slicks.

So the R-compond 888s don't over power the HP+ pads? That would be a great set up since there's no fuss at the track changing tires or pads.

Depends on the track. My left sides are always done first. I usually get 5 lapping days.
