Default Recommended service

My 2005 CTS-V is approaching 47,000 miles and I am now getting a warning to "service vehicle soon". What service is normally required at this mileage? I have done only service to date, which has only been oil and filters.

If your under warranty bring it to the dealer and have them scan the codes, otherwise most autoparts stores scan codes for free....that light doesn't mean it's time to do anything, usually means something is already wrong with the car....is the light steady or blinking?

Default Service Needed

The warning is not a light. It is a text message on my Nav display screen. It comes on shortly after starting and goes out after about 30 to 60 seconds.
