question about 2.5"id eibach spring compatibility

question about 2.5"id eibach spring compatibility I bought a set of 500/550 2.5" ID Eibach springs that were previously used in a ground control kit. (these are not the 'same diameter as stock' springs used in the regular eibach pro kit,etc) I am under the impression that these these will not simply drop in the V alone.
Can anyone advise me as to whether or not these can be used at all? Ground Control doesnt sell the kit sans springs so I am looking for a mounting solution.
Does anyone else sell perches that will allow V to use 2.5" inner diameter springs?
since these springs have a lifetime warranty I'll probably just give them to the owner of another compatible car if I cant use..
