So there is a large issue with the CTS-V that my friend and I remedied this weekend
There is a huge crimp in the exhaust right after the primary cat on the driver's side.
Couple that with a crimp in the rear and a non functioning Xpipe that is located too far to the rear.
My buddy Kenny and I rebuild the crimped sections and built a proper Xpipe with the correct tight angle for proper scavage.
The rear crimps were replaced with straight 2.5" and we made a new brace that can clearance the straight pipe.

Would you mind making some more videos. I would like to do something like this to my V but I don't want it to be much louder at all. So you kept the stock front cats, moved the X up to the front, replaced the factory kinked piping, and kept stock mufflers correct? The video sounds loud to me but I wouldnt think it would be more than 20% louder than stock. Congrats on the nice work though.
