Gauging Interest for a DMV CTS-V cookout. Early Fall this year Like the title says... I want to see who would come out to a cookout in a month or 3. Location not set but somewhere in MD.
Ive done these things before with other car groups.

Always tends to be a good time and if i can get my photographer out to it, there would be another page for a CTS-V meet. BTW check the rolling shots as they tend to look amazing.
Lets see who would be interested and show up. even if this one is small it can only grow in size as people realize the community in the area is as big as we all know it is.

For some reason it says I can't vote in the poll? But I would be in depending on when it is. If it's early fall, I'm out the first 2 weekends of September because I'll be down in Nags Head for the week.

Guys, I've been talking this over with CTSVBiggie and most likely it wont be until late sept./Oct.
We will try to set a date that everyone can make, but we are hoping that with enough notice, you guys can plan it out.
It would be nice to meet up with anyone in the area!

Looks like the interest is there.
My prefered location is still rocky gorge. I dont even live to close to it anymore. But its just not as popular. though in october they might all be pretty open. When I tried lake Needwood in rockvilel parking was a nightmare for the group as so many other people were at the park.

I will be down there for that. Reminds me I need to book a beach house for that week.
Lets do something in september then... While in OC i dont plan on cooking out. Drinking at Mackeys and driving around... not in that order.

By chance, do any of you guys own a silver V with Virginia tags "LS6CTSV"
I was heading back home from VA Beach yesterday and we ran into each other on I-64, cruised for a good 40 miles or so until I split off onto I-95

First of all hey, guys! New v owner here. I'd definitely be down for a meet n greet BBQ this summer / fall. I'm in northern VA (Fairfax) so kind of right in the middle of you all it looks like. Keep me posted on the details as they emerge!

Oc. Absolutely, as u might already know i trailered the V up to Conn. where it was originally built app. 2 weeks ago...It is STILL down..I havn't had her since early Nov. Hopefully it will be finished soon.. Someone, or i, can possibly get a place down there for about 6 or more members, that would be cool
If not, i will just go down for a day..Mongillo Motors is doing it's best, with the new motor, and clutch..I have to keepthe same turbo for now the 67mm turbo, so it is definately not going to have huge ponies like i wanted..but u will still need another 100 shot to keep up with this old guy..lol
