Creaking from Rear So I have noticed a steadily increasing creaking sound which sounds like it's coming from under the rear passenger seat area. I notice it mostly when leaving from a stop. Is this a common symptom of cradle bushings gone bad? If so, are Spectre the best options for replacement?

Specter bushings aren't replacements, they are supplements. If you have a noise problem, your bushings may have the TSB bushings (they are similar to the specter bushings but cheaper, don't work, and get really noisy) I'd almost bet that's what it is.
