Default short shifter

I bought a V last week and had some work to do on it today. While I was under there, I assumed it had an aftermarket shifter but the previous owner did not know. Anybody have any ideas which one it is?

Better yet, order some poly bushings for it since those still look like the rubber ones.

The creative steel shifter bushings arrived yesterday and are a soft poly. We'll see how durable they are.
