If you're willing to travel a little you may get a better deal. There are two killer deals in the classified here right now.
05 in chatanooga for 16k and a maggie'd 04 in tampa for 19500.

trying to stay in illinois/southern wisconsin. found 2 that are local but they want 24k for one with 36k miles and one with 46k miles which i think are overpriced. test drove one that sold that had major vibration while driving and one that had noticable diff issues.

i sold my 05 a year ago with 21k miles on the clock for 23k and it was super clean purchased from a moderator on the other forum. i can wait and be patient. i have the 2010 ss to drive in the mean time.

It's be cheaper to fly out and buy one in another state and drive it back. I live in north east IN, and bought mine in NC. Flew there and drove it back. Chicago prices are ridiculous....I know. I looked for mine for 3 months.

OP - your timing is EXCELLENT. I just traded my PRISTINE '05 Redline to a private dealer in Addison, IL on a Jeep SRT8. Their website is http://www.lawautosport.com/

They took the car this last Thursday so it will probably be a week or so (maybe more???) before they list it. Jim up there is a good guy to work with. The V has new CS motor mounts, PISNUOFF shifter and muffler delete with 4" tips. Rear diff fluid was just changed. <40K miles.
