Short story is he had to yank the 408 that was in it that another engine shop built here in SoCal and things were bad, not the way they were supposed to be. So Charlie scrapped my old block and gave me the ls3 heads for the heads that were on it. I now have a true LS3 which is what I wanted....

If anyone is local or not, to SoCal, (LA Area), RPM has been top notch with me thus far. They have dealt with me stopping by all the time to check up on my baby and they have gone wayyyyyy above and beyond on my car. Kudos to RPM. I know everyone has their preference on who touches their motor but I have had an awesome experience with Charlie and his crew.

Wow one hell of a build man, lets see a shot of that Caddy and V emblem that are on the wall in the garage, I have been sketching up something similar for my garage.

Here ya go, this was shot before I painted the inside of the wreath. I did my whole garage myself, thats the only part of the house my wife gave me.

Sick build. Mind if I ask why you decided to drop that much coin on a v1 when you could have just bought a v2. Not being a dick I'm just curious that's quite a chunk of change. Is there something you prefer from the first gen?

many would argue that there is a certain badass appeal to the smaller bodied V1, the V2 is kinda gaudy and bulky IMO

It's probably paid off! Mine will be paid for this tax season. Then maybe I'll have some more play money.

Did you have someone else epoxy your floor or is that a DIY kit?
