Any V drivers looking forward to Forza 4?
Just wondering if anyone in here are gamers like myself. I played it while I was at Road Atlanta this past weekend for the Le Mans race. It's pretty awesome. And of course the V1 & V2s are on there. Can't wait for next Tuesday!

They do. It's the official game of the ALMS racing series so if they race there it's on the game. I'm not a nascar fan but since it is also their official game now I wonder if it will have all the tracks they run. Would love to see Bristol & maybe even some options to daytona to include the oval & infield courses.

Do you guys use the regular controller when you play racing games or do you have any of the steering wheels, pedals, etc? Just curious because I like those types of games but they are kind of lame when using the regular controller to play.

I have the microsoft wheel but I really would like to have something like the new fanatec with the clutch & manual shift gate. I don't have internet right now cause we are planning to move in the next month to a garage apartment (woohoo!) & as of right now I get free cable.

With all the added realism in the new Forza 4, I'm afraid they might have made it so the differentials in the 2004 V's will start exloding!
I haven't been able to blow up the one in Forza 3 yet... lol
I'm looking forward to it.
I'm more of a FPS guy though.

I don't have an XBox but I'm a GT5 fan on PS3. I have a logitech wheel...man, its fun as hell. Even if you don't want to go crazy with a Fanatec or similar you can typically find deals on craigslist and such for the DFP, G25, ETC to get you started.

+1 on the above.
I've always used a DFGT Wheel on PS3 with GT5 or NFS Shift. Those were the only 2 games I had where the wheel made sense.
I'm upset I do not have a 360 to get Forza... but happy at the same time as I don't have RROD issues. Stirring the pot with that one. Sorry guys.
I had a 360, and I have to give it to you guys... Some of the best games come out for 360... Halo, not so much... but Gears and Forza... You guys win on those.
GT5 is great, but their lack of cars (even with "1000+" listed), is horrendous.
50 versions of an Evo? Meh.

I had an "Elite" xbox that was supposed to be RROD proof, but even had that one die on me. A month before the "Extended warranty" ran out! Whew!
And I hate that it says "Over 1000 cars!" but a lot of them are just the same thing only rehashed with racing graphics and crap.
It's like when you buy that $10 cd at Office Depot with "Over 9000 games!!!" And it's all the same games, they just include the game at a higher difficulty level as "another game." Hooey.
The new Forza is fun though! Already bought a 2004 V! Now I'm just waiting for the diff to explode!
