Default knocking noise under load

Ok so I have a 2004 v and I use 91 octane gas and every time I give it moderate and above load there is a knocking noise from left side (around pedal area) the noise does not change in volume or get faster or slower with rpm. it makes the same noise at 2k and 6k no different. when the car is cold the noise isn't there once it gets to operating temp is there and its very noticeable. So I have no idea what it is any help from anyone??
The car is stock
Thanks

Does it sound like something hitting? I guess you jacked it up and looked around already.

Umm not really its more of a engine knock sound its weird because its the same at every rpm and only when you give it some load.

Check how close the header is to hitting anything and check all the mounting bolts or nuts.

Could be a motor mount.

maybe vale train noise, try switching to thicker oil, since oil thins out as it heats up there for the noise would be louder when warmed up
