Fkn Awesome. I'd love to have one. I'd turn the upstairs into a loft and live there. I've actually been thinking of creating something similar in an older industrial space here in DT Atlanta. Just a single unit of course.

A local Wally World store manager lives down the street from my parents - I don't know the exact figures but this is very much true.

[edit] Just listed to the video a second time and put 2+2 together...Target is HQ'd in Minneapolis. That "manager" is probably an exec for the company with some stock options...
