Default CTSV vs S2k up Blood Mtn..Video

A couple S2ks and a GT pulled in the turn around as I was changing the GoPro location. I asked if they were going back up and decided to face it backwards  Good idea:camera:

Looks like you had fun. I've been riding all those roads for years on 2 wheels, never tried on 4.

There are 100 better roads in the area than the gap. It used to be fun, until it became the LEO quota fill up station. Anymore, you end up waiting behind 100 Mini's, or RX-8's, or Miatas, or Corvettes, or worst case, Harleys (bleh).

The V really comes into its own on roads like the Cherohala. Big open sweepers. My big bike was the same way, LOVED high speed sweepers, lots of work in the tight stuff (Yamaha FJR).

For true cornering nirvana, go forth and find West (byGod) Virginia. It's hard to find a bad road around Lewisburg, over into E.KY, a little bit of Virginia (the good part).

Night runs of the Snake after dinner.

Y'all be good.

VA has some fun roads but the cops don't take to kindly to 100+ on the straights...lol.
I have fun running between here in Maryland home to Detroit... I know the PA turnpike to Ohio turnpike like you took that backroad...lol. Gotta know where to step in it and out...lol

I've only had the car 2 weeks now, but it'll make the trip to the gap soon enough =) (on a weekday, during the off season lol)

I was just thinking about a meet sometime. Been itching to get the car through some twisties since it's roadworthy again. Although, I do need to figure out my PS leak in the next few days.

Sounds good...I have a few Vettes and G8s who may tag along depending on the day.
