iat relocate?
I've been looking around and I haven't found much about V guys doing this. the heatsoak on the maf/iat is ridiculous and kills the power. I found a lot of gto guys buy a harness and sensor and relocate the iat over into the filter element and out from behind the radiator.
anyone here done this same mod on their v?

when the maf gets heatsoaked the power loss from timing pulled is insane. this is something i'd only do on a n/a car.

well I decided to take a chance and spend the $50 and do the relocate...I am 110% happy with it. I live in DC so sit in traffic at any time of the day and this deff helps out the powerloss and throttle response from the heatsoak.
the best part of it is that my gas mileage has improved a bit since not as much timing is being pulled out.
all in all I think it was well worth the $50. I would like to get a wideband on the car n see how much that changed or even do some datalogs to watch knock n all.
