Default Help with 2005 CTS

First off this car is not a V, but I'm posting this for a friend in hopes that someone here may have som knowledge on the problem he's having.

The car is a 2005 with the 3.6L motor. He has replaced the motor in this car with one from an '07. The car cranks, runs and drives fine, but has the following codes p0343,p0348,p0368 and p0393. These are all high voltage on the cam sensors. The sensors on the '07 motor didn't match the plugs on the '05 harness so the sensors from the '05 were transferred to the '07 motor. Are there any differences between these two years of motors with the cam sprockets or whatever that would cause issues like this.

Thanks in advance guys,
Larry

It might've been a better idea to rewire the 05 harness to the existing 07 sensors.
