Default Escort 9500ci

Can you spot the Escort? Hint: there are four black boxes in the front grille, and one black box somewhere on the back of the car. Wheels are extremely dusty, btw. I *will* have more Forgestar pictures as soon as I finish up this stuff.

I actually managed to install the rear module without drilling anything or causing any sort of damage to my car. The only worry that I have is that I couldn't find a switched source of power. This thing uses about 1W when it's shut off, which isn't bad, but only time will tell if it'll have an effect on my battery.

Very discreet. I like it. But couldn't find a switched source of power?

Checked everywhere under the dash, and I was already at the maximum number of wires that I could fit through the firewall boot. Wound up deriving power from the rear driver's side fuse box feed.

O, I went through the larger grommet right behind the clutch pedal for my amp's power wire. Does the fuse box behind the PS headlight not have a switched circuit in it?

Unknown. I didn't want to derive power from the engine bay and have to run another wire through the firewall.

If you set up a relay under the dash all it needs to be is a 20awg wire.

Nice and stealth.

I'd add a kill switch. My bet is that is will slowly kill your battery.
