More LED installed.
This LED is not a plug and play LED.
I had to cut and wire up.
Just installed 4 1 watt LED. 2 in the Door panel and 2 in the rear dome light.
Here the LED I used. So far I have 3 in the trunk, 2 under the hood, 2 front kick panel.
Here some picture on the door panel.
Before
After
Rear dome light
Here the hood light.

By the looks of it, the JE-004WU-04 isn't much of a SMD LED. 54 lumens @ 12VDC (78 mA...so 0.935W) is pretty pitiful, but I guess you could argue that you don't want to blind passengers when you open the doors.
IMHO, you can get better results with COTS stuff. Quality 2W+ 44mm festoon-style bulbs for the doors and various types of 9W+ 194 bulbs for everything else are widely available on eBay, if you know where to look.
If you want links, ask me, but keep in mind that the SMD LED industry is evolving at a very rapid rate and you will not be able to find anything I recommend in several months time. So you'd better be ready to spend money, or I'm wasting my time searching for you.
