No EXIF in the picture files... what kind of camera and lens were those shots taken with. They look nice.

The circular polarization filter is the big one. I haven't pulled mine out yet, and feel guilty about it all the time. tmonttt--do you know whether it's wise to stack a UV filter on top of a polarization filter? I basically use my UV filter as a dust/scratch guard, and am worried about light transmission and distortion once you start to multiply elements in front of the lens.

Man that green is sweet. What a coincidence though, I just had the orange g2 kit put on last night. Still debating if I like it. Just switched the corners back to clear... probably clear out the front orange lights too. I thought the kit would come out a color more close to the reflectors but it didnt. I'm debating if I even like it but theres not much I can do now.

Good news is the shop painted my side V emblems black with the color pattern filled in orange like the calipers. When that done I'm hoping that little splash on the side will compliment it well.

Nice glass. I shoot with that lens on my 7D, but it seems I end up using my wide angle mostly at car events.

I did degrease the calipers prior to painting them, then sanded them with a 320 grit paper to get the primer to stick. I used a silver caliper paint with ceramic for the primer coats, then green caliper paint for the top coat (not sure of the brand, will look once I get home), then engine enamel clear coat for the top coat. The stickers were made by a local graphics shop for $6 and the sizes of them were 4"x1" for the fronts, 3"x.75" for the rears.
i assume you painted them off the car?

Actually, no. I spent a good amount of time in the masking off portion of it and made sure to spray from both the front and rear of the caliper. We'll see how it stands up over time but so far so good.

Love it. I have been planning on doing the same for a while but have been spending too much time on my truck. My car looks identical except my grills are stock, nice ride.

Looks awesome man...

To the guy that used the G2 how did you like it. I am going with Brembo Gold on my calipers over the winter and am going to try the G2 as I have heard amazing things.

I started another thread about the g2... but basically it didnt come out very good and I am not sure why. The shop says it wont due to being brushed on, but some people say theirs worked. Bottom line is I am not happy with the color anyway since their orange is straight traffic cone orange and not burnt at all like the pic on amazon.
