So the last few months I did some mods on my g8 so I decided to upgrade the ctsv a little also. For the interior I installed new ctsv pedals, double din touch screen, c6 shifter ****, and lloyds floor mats. For the exterior I had my wheels powder coated gloss black with new tires, black lugnuts, some minor paint work and the car buffed. It looks almost like a new car again, I am really happy with how well the paint looks now. I am happy with the ctsv now, only thing I have left is to get a system just like the g8 has installed.

Nice job! I would drop the front another 1/2" and the back 1/4"

Im sure it would look better lower but its a daily driver and with a family I would rather it ride better than be lower. The front is already pretty low, lower than stock at least compared to my friends ctsv. The front bumper is aftermarket so that may be why its lower.

I'm jealous of your LS3 swap. Why not black out your grille and turn signals/fog lights to go along with the rest of the blackout theme?

I was going to do the grill but was worried the paint would stay on over time. I have a black dually also and had everything blacked out except for the 19.5's and used to get pulled over all the time. Between inspections and cops its just not worth the hassle anymore. I actually wanted chrome wheels but 2 has rash from the previous owner and they wouldn't accept them for exchange so I went black instead.

I just hate the orange turn signals so much. I have mine darkened, but there's plenty of light output. What I really want is the clear housings. So much cleaner. Go fast parts for me first, though, so it's gonna be a while.

Im not a fan of the orange either BUT I also not a fan of getting pulled over, lol. I shouldnt complain about my ctsv, my dually is a state trooper magnet, they love pulling me over. If Im pulling the race trailer it only gets worse.
