Make sure the rear diff has a part number beginning with 2 (that was the latest design that has proved most durable).
Make sure there is no violent shake during shutdown. Indicates bad motor mounts.
Make sure there is no rubber from the tires sprayed across the underside of the vehicle including exhaust pipes. A sure indication of abuse.
Make sure the trans engages all gears smoothly while driving and check for clutch slippage. Also check the clutch fluid reservoir--expect it to be dirty, but it should have been changed at some point.
Based on just the mileage, it's probably been kept pretty nicely.
Good luck! These aren't all reasons to NOT buy the car, just be aware that those items will need attention if you are to buy it and can be used in negotiation.

If this was in Lincoln, be glad you passed. I drove from St. Louis, paid for the ppi, then got there and it was not as described. Entire right side had been re-sprayed, a dent in the right front door. I agreed on a price before driving up and after looking at it, didn't even attempt to negotiate.

I passed and found my 05 with 64k on it for a decent price, black/black in much better overall shape.
But, they are very hard to find honestly. I looked for 3 mos solid.
