Creative Steel Wide Wheel Trailing Arms We are doing a "mini group buy" on our wide wheel trailing arms with the spherical bushing. In ways this is not a true group buy due to the fact that these arms are already built. We had requests to offer these arms again, so we built 10 sets. Four sets are spoken for but the remaining sets are up for grabs. These arms have not gone to powder coat yet, so the main reason for this post is to find out what ratio of hammer black/gloss red the remaining six sets need to be done in.
If you are interested in a set of these please call us to put down a deposit and order your color. The price will be the same as it was the last time. $365 shipped if you want the grease-able bushing that goes in the rear knuckle. $325 if you do not.
Also, for guys that already have them/guys getting them, we have made some wrenches that allow you to tighten the flex joint while it is still installed on the car. On a side note: The adjustable toe rods with rod ends that some of you have been waiting for are very close to completion. We will be sending a prototype set to powder coat with these trailing arms.

Yes. The arms are already made, just need what color people want. Once all arms are spoken for, they will go to powder-coat, come back and be reassembled, and then be shipped through USPS Priority mail. ETA will depend on the powder-coating company; however, once arms are spoken for, it should be 1-2 weeks.

The arms are back from powder coat. We have a couple of sets of red and and one set of black available to those not yet on the list.
If you're on the list and you've paid in full your arms will go out by the end of the week.

My first thought is yes.
I cannot see why they wouldnt fit on a lowered V? Does not make logical sense.
Hopefully Max will chime in or Jordan, but I cant see where they would interfere on a lowered car? If that was the case they would hit some where on a dramatic suspension movement which would be no bueno. I think they just put that as a disclaimer on their website, as a cover their **** kinda thing.

Can u elaborate and post pics ?
Do they hit the cradle bolt under suspension travel?
What lowering springs do u have ?
I just emailed ccw to see their thoughts as they said they would fit when I ordered them in February.

They work just fine on my lowered V on H&R. No rubbing. It is close, but not touching. I think I'm lower than a lot on here from pics I've seen. I will post pics when I get back in town next week.

On cars that are very low it has come to our attention that our first gen wide wheel trailing arms can hit the front mounting bolt of the cradle. Most cars that are "lowered" are not lowered enough to cause this interference.
We put that note on the trailing arm listing on the site to open this very conversation. A lot of people order products off of websites without knowing there could be a possible interference due to other aftermarket parts or modifications to their particular car. If a guy has his car lowered we didn't want there to be any surprises after the install.
Now, after all that has been said, in the current production of the arms we have changed the bend location in the arms to accommodate cars have been lowered more than most.
Our car that we used for the design of these arms is not lowered. On non-lowered cars there an 1 1/2"-2" of clearance between the cradle mounting bolt and our first gen trailing arm. This distance closes as the car is lowered. Then closes even further as bumps in the road are encountered. The arms we make now give 3" of clearance on stock height cars and 1"- 2" of clearance on lowered cars depending on the degree of lowering.
If you have our first generation wide wheel trailing arms and your car is lowered, take a look at where the arm passes under the front mounting bolt of the rear cradle. If there is at least and inch of space or there is no chipping of the powder coat on the arm you have nothing to worry about. You are not as lowered as the people having this interference.
